Generation Z refers to a group of people who were born in the mid-1990s to the 2000s. They are grew up with smartphones, experienced the 911 terror in 2001 and the financial crisis in 2008, which was a time of raging terrorism, global conflict spreading and severely unbalanced allocation of resources.
Under such circumstance, Generation Z will encounter more challenges from clashes of culture, change of technology and complex political situation. Therefore, the cultivation of creativity, technology literacy and critical thinking is essential in helping them to meet the future challenges.
